Belgian army engineers embark to Albania aboard a Hercules C-130 airplane at the Melsbroek miltary airport near Brussels April 20. The plane left on Tuesday with building materials for a refugee camp in Albania as a part of a relief effort also involving about 1,600 paratroopers and engineers who will assist in humanitarian efforts in the region around war-torn Kosovo.
