زجاجة نبيذ بـ27 ألف دولار وقطعة لحم بـ750.. كشف تفاصيل فاتورة مطعم نصرت “الخيالية” في أبوظبي!

تداول رواد مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي صورة فاتورة نشرها الشيف التركي “نصرت غوكشيه” في أحد مطاعمه بجزيرة الماريه في إمارة أبوظبي الإماراتية، والتي أظهرت قيمتها بنحو 615 ألف درهم إماراتي أي ما يعادل نحو 167 ألف دولار أمريكي.

الرقم الصادم جعل من هذه الفاتورة موضوعاً ساخناً يتداوله الناس على السوشيال ميديا، والذين تساءلوا كثيراً عما قُدم من طعام في هذه الدعوة لتصل الفاتورة إلى هذا المبلغ الخيالي؟

والصورة المتداولة نشرها الشيف نُصرت على حسابه الرسمي على “إنستغرام” قائلاً بتعليق باللغة الإنجليزية: “الجودة ليست باهظة الثمن”.

تفاصيل فاتورة مطعم نصرت الخيالية!

في حين نشر موقع ET بالعربي تفاصيل هذه الفاتورة، التي احتوت على الكثير من الأطعمة والمشروبات الفاخرة.

أول الطلبات المذكورة على القائمة كان طبق Beef Carpaccio الإيطالي الشهير، وهو عبارة عن طبق من شرائح اللحم المجمد الرفيعة للغاية والمقطعة بواسطة آلة تشريح، ويوضع عليها الخل والليمون والخس والقليل من جبنة “بارميزان”، وقد احتوت الفاتورة على 5 أطباق من هذا النوع بسعر 1200 درهم، بما يعادل 240 درهماً للطبق الواحد.

أما الطلب الثاني فكان قطعتين من طبق Golden Ottoman، وهو عبارة عن ستيك لحم مغلفة بالذهب الحقيقي القابل للأكل، وبلغ سعرهما 5500 درهم أي نحو 2750 درهماً للطبق الواحد.

ثالث الطلبات كان قطعتين من Golden Sirt وبلغ سعرهما 4500 درهم، وهي أيضاً عبارة عن لحم مغطى بالذهب.

إضافة إلى ذلك، احتوت الفاتورة أيضاً على العديد من الأطباق التركية الشهيرة مثل البقلاوة التي قدم منها 15 قطعة منها بسعر 5850 درهماً.

أسعار المشروبات في مطعم نصرت هي التي رفعت قيمة الفاتورة!

على الرغم من أن أسعار المأكولات في مطعم نصرت مرتفعة للغاية، فإنها لم تكن هي السبب الرئيسي في ارتفاع قيمة الفاتورة وإنما المشروبات التي تمّ تقديمها.

إذ احتوت الفاتورة على 5 زجاجات من نبيذ فاخر من نوع Petrus بسعر بلغ 325 ألف درهم (88 ألف دولار)، أي نحو 65 ألف درهم للزجاجة الواحدة (17 ألف دولار).

إضافة إلى زجاجتين من نبيذ Petrus 2009، والذي بلغ سعر الزجاجة الواحدة نحو 100 ألف درهم (27 ألف دولار).

إضافة إلى العديد من المشروبات الأخرى مثل الموهيتو والماء وسباركلينغ، أما قيمة الضريبة على الفاتورة فبلغت قيمتها أكثر من 29 ألف درهم أي نحو 8 آلاف دولار.

يُذكر أن لدى الشيف نصرت التركي العديد من الأفرع لمطعمه الشهير، 8 منها في تركيا، وفرع في أبوظبي الإماراتية وآخر في دبي، وقد اشتهر بسبب حركته المميزة في “رش” الملح فوق الأطباق التي يقدمها للكثير من المشاهير.
